President & CEO

Mark H. Feldman is an FAA rated Airline Transport Pilot with over 15,000 hours of logged flight time. Mr. Feldman graduated from San Jose State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Operations & Business Management. He is a current FAA Gold Seal Flight and Ground Instructor for both instruments and multi-engine aircraft. He has held the following positions during his career as a professional pilot and aviation instructor: Commuter Airline Captain, FAA 141 School Chief Flight Instructor, International Aviation Training Consultant, FAA Designated Pilot Examiner, FAA Accident Prevention Counselor, Corporate Pilot & Flight Department Manager and College Aeronautics Instructor. Mr. Feldman has extensive turboprop and turbojet experience and has the following type ratings; Citation 500, Citation Jet 525S w/Flight Safety International Elite Proficiency Status, Beechjet 400A and MU-300 series aircraft. Prior to the start-up of Avnconsvc Ltd.’s aircraft management and flight crew services division Mr. Feldman worked for Flight Options as both a King Air B200 and Beechjet Hawker 400A captain flying both domestic and international routes.

Mr. Feldman is responsible for new business development and managing day to day company and flight operations activities.

Karl H. Herbst is an FAA rated Airline Transport pilot with over 13,000 hours of logged flight time. Mr. Herbst graduated  from the German Naval Academy as a commissioned officer in 1981 with a Bachelor Of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Herbst then attended U.S. Naval aviator training in Pensacola, Florida. He is a current FAA Flight Instructor for both instruments and muti-engine aircraft. He has held the following positions  in  his  career  as  a professional pilot and aviation instructor: Regional Airline Captain, Flight Crew Training  Captain, Chief  Pilot and Check Airmen under FAA FAR Part 91 and 135. Mr. Herbst has extensive   turboprop and turbojet experience as both a Captain and  Instructor and is type rated  in  the  BE300,  CE500, CE525,  CE650,  SA 227,  B-737  and  A-320. 
 
Mr.  Herbst participates in new project development  and assists with flight operations management and oversight.

Don Sebastian is an FAA licensed Airframe & Powerplant mechanic with FAA ATP and CFII pilot certificates for airplanes, gliders and helicopters and over 13,500 flying hours. He has more than twenty-five years of consulting experience assisting buyers with the conduct of pre-purchase inspections from J3’s to Boeing 727’s. His primary area of expertise is in conducting corporate aircraft pre-buy maintenance and flight test inspections. Whether you are considering the purchase of a Citation, Hawker, Lear, Falcon or Challenger, Don can act as an advocate on your behalf, and more often than not will save the cost of his involvement in your new or used aircraft purchase. Don is also an experienced expert witness in airplane and helicopter litigation. He has consulted for commuter airline’s, FAR Part 135 operators and has extensive experience working both domestically and overseas. Mr. Sebastian conducts corporate aircraft pre-purchase inspections, appraisals and test flights throughout the United States and overseas. He also provides general aviation expert witness services on behalf of Avnconsvc Ltd’s clients.
